If you have received an individual node-locked FLEXlm license file for
use with a CD-based Local Installation using a local license file,
save your license file (license.dat) to this directory when you
receive it from Mathsoft.

If you are not sure if the file you receive should be placed on your
local workstation or a FLEXlm server, open it in a text editor, such as
Notepad. If you do not find the statement "USE_SERVER", save the
file to this directory (licenses, on your workstation). Otherwise,
save the file onto your FLEXlm server.
